This privacy policy applies to the Discord Bot MusicSharingBot#2311 (the "Bot") provided by us (tooboredtocode and potential other contributors and collaborators) for any users of the Bot ("you").

Information the Bot collects

The Bot does not collect any personally identifiable information, it does however collect information about commands being executed, this includes the following information (the "Information"):

• the time of command execution
• the url of the song or album being shared
• the id of the server and channel where the command is executed
• the id of the user executing the command

No other information is collected from you.

Processing and Storage

The Information is processed and stored on Hetzner Cloud Servers for up to 30 days after which it is either deleted or anonymized.

Usage of the Information

The Information is used solely to identify misuse and errors with the Bot, and gain an understanding of how much the bot is used.

Sharing of the Information

For the purposes of providing this service, the url of the song or album being shared will be sent to Odesli.co. While this information cannot be connected to you, you may wish to read their Privacy Policy.

Additionally, aggregated statistics of the Information may be shared with 3rd parties.
